Allright, Isa sa mga nakita kong pag kukulang sa Online MLM is yung training for Basic Fundamentals in MLM. Sympre since we are a 100% Pure Online MLM (EMGOLDEX) we tend to do only one thing. And that is to be Productive to what we do. Naisip natin na as long as we are bringing in more people everyday, we are on our WAY to our reaching our GOALS.
Which is in my Opinion. “Not much likely”
Be reminded that it is not always about how much you are earning in this business. It is who you become that is important.
Kelangan mo munang matutong mag lakad, bago ka tumakbo.
So you need to learn the basic fundamentals first. Which is I’m about to share to you.

The ABC’s of SUCCESS!

Let’s Start with LETTER A.
ATTITUDE –  a person’s perspective toward a specific target and way of saying and doing things. Is the way you look at things, always be a Positive Thinker.
Before I explain everything about attitude, I have a confession to make first.
“I  USED TO HATE MOTIVATIONAL TRAININGS”.
Naalala ko pa dati, isa akong pasaway na downline. Lagi kong kinekwestyon ang Upline ko.
“Upline, puro nalang tayong Motivational Training, Puro Attitude Attitude, mag 3 buwan na tayong puro motivational, MOTIVATED NA MOTIVATED nako upline! Gsto ko naman ng TECHNICAL TRAINING. Gusto ko na ng RESULTA!”
Pamiliar ba? Malamang ganyan ka ngayon sa business mo. Naiinip. Sabi nga nila ang kalaban mo sa business na ito ay yung INIP.
Sympre napapa ligiran ka ng taong SUCCESSFUL, at patuloy na nagiging SUCCESSFUL kada araw. As the people around you become more SUCCESSFUL, you become STRESSFUL.
TAMA Ba? Parang may humahabol sayo, parang nauubusan ka ng panahon. Feeling mo si upline eh nakukuha na lahat ng prospects sa buong mundo.
Before kasi, ang Understanding ko sa Aspeto ng ATTITUDE, is yung “PROFESSIONALISM”, akala ko pag sinabing attitude, eh yung pagiging positive-positive, yung pagiging professional pag humaharap sa prospect, yung pananamit ng maayos. Yung interaction ko between Me and the Prospect kelangan matutunan kong i-improve. Yun ang pagkaka intindi ko noon sa ATTITUDE.
Pero hindi pala yun ang ibig sabihin non.
When you say ATTITUDE sa MLM, it’s all about PERSEVERANCE, it’s all about CONSISTENCY and it’s all about being a LEADER. In this industry. Kelangan ma build mo sa sarili mo yung STAYING POWER mo sa business na ito. The Mindset that you will never Quit this business.
“Leadership is the ability or skills of influencing  people to work enthusiastically towards goals identified as being for the common good, with character that inspires confidence. It should not be based on FORCE or POWER but on “Authority or Influence”. -James Hunter
As a starting Network Marketing Entrepreneur, the level of your enthusiasm (excitement) and commitment to succeed is very important. Your Attitude Towards the business is equally significant. You must think like an entrepreneur  seeking opportunities and think like a hustler who expects to be spoon-fed and everything provided for.

The 7 Types of Online Network Marketer


The Structure shows the seven stages of an Online Marketer. Each stage represents an improvement over the previous stage so uplines must aim to bring their downlines progressively into the next stages. You will see a large space for visitors, which means a large number of people signing up as distributors. This is followed with a smaller space at the participant’s level with LEADER as the smallest space as they are the fewest in number. Most new distributors will eventually disappear so be reminded that sponsoring is never the goal but activation and retention are. This means holding the hands of their downlines until they become a Leader.
Stage 1: The Visitor
These individuals signed up as a member but have not done anything yet other than watch the Video Presentations in Youtube.
Stage 2: The Participant
This type of Member shows up during any Group Trainings, and Webinars. They wanted to be active but have not yet sponsored any people in the business.
Stage 3: The User
This type of Member is after only for the PRODUCT you are offering.
(Most of these are leaders from different MLM companies, Business Owners whether Traditional or Online also, and Marketing Coaches and Gurus)
Stage 4: The Inviter
This type of  member has invited downlines in the business. Oftentimes this type of member  would even delegate the responsibility to their uplines. It’s like a one-night stand thing.
Stage 5: The Motivator
A motivator goes for the hype. He will encourage his fellow members that they can make it as long as they ignore  the “no’s” along the way. They will also make small talks to make their organization do what he wants them to do.
Stage 6: The Trainer
The Trainer has a good and systematic work habit, He wanted to teach his group all the possible knowledge and skills in the shortest possible time using the best-proven method he knows.
Stage 7: The Leader
A leader is the one desired in every organization. He has not only developed himself as a trainer and motivator but he is also a role model for other members. And his goal is to produce more leaders like him.
So now that you are knowledgeable with the Stages of every member that will Join your Opportunity, you must accept the fact that PEOPLE COME & GO, with this kind of business. Some maybe are just a visitor, and wouldn’t really like to jump into any further stages because of some reasons. Your Job as a leader is to let them know the importance of what the journey is all about. You must make them realize the worth of it.
Meron akong ishashare sainyong Storya. This is a STORY of the TWO SALESMAN.
Ang Storya ng 2 Sales Agent ng Sapatos
Minsan meron isang SHOE-COMPANY (hindi SM ito), na nag padala ng dalawang SALES AGENT sa malayong bansa na kung saan hndi pa masyadong patok ang teknolohiya. Pag dating ng unang Sales Agent doon, nakita nya na karaniwan ng mga tao sa siyudad na yun eh naka Paa. Walang sinyelas, walang Sapatos. Tumawag ang sales agent sa kanyang boss kaagad. “SIR SIR! BAD NEWS!!! Yung mga tao dito walang sapatos, masaklap pa non karaniwan sakanila. Naka “PAA!”. Malulugi tayo dito sir! Walang bibili ng Sapatos natin. Medyo na convince yung boss dun sa report nung unang salesman, at mag dedecide na sana sya na ipull out ang kontrata para mag ship ng mga sapatos doon. Pero tumawag naman yung pangalawang Agent na pinadala nila, “SIR SIR!! GOOD NEWS!! Ay Grabe, alam nyo ba sir dito sa siyudad na ito, “WALA PANG NAKA SAPATOS!!”, grabe solong solo natin ang MARKET dito sir, sigurado Patok ang business natin dito sir!! At nag decide ang boss na ituloy ang kontrata nila sa lugar nayun. Salamat sa Mindset nung pangalawang Agent.
Ano ang Moral ng Story dito?
- Attitude determines your Altitude, sa inaraw araw ng buhay natin, tuwing gigising tayo sa umaga, we have a choice kung gusto ba nating maging masaya? o gusto ba nating ma bwisit dahil sa kapaligiran natin. Hindi kapa nag tataka kung bakit ang mayayaman ay patuloy na yumayaman? At ang mahirap naman ay patuloy na humihirap? Simple lang, ang mayaman pag ka gising palang nyan. Naka ready na ang almusal. Naka plantsa na lahat ng damit, maliligo sa mabango at malinis na CR, at aalis ng bahay papuntang trabaho ng naka sasakyan. “ANG SARAP MABUHAY”. Samantalang ang mahirap naman, pag ka gising palang, di pa luto ang almusal, “BWISIT NA BUHAY TOH BAKIT WALANG ALMUSAL?”, tapos makikita nya ang kanyang office outfit, hndi pa naka plantsa “BWISIT NA BUHAY TOH! Bakit pa kasi hindi toh plinantsa kagabi!” BWISIT KANG BABAE KA!”. Pag maliligo na! “BWISIT NA BUHAY TOH! WALANG SHAMPOO!! hanggang sa pag alis, “BWISIT NA BUHAY TOH BAT ANG TRAPIKKKK!!!!” BWISIT BWISIT BWISIT. Puro nalang BWISIT ang lumalabas sa bunganga ng mahirap. Kaya tuloy ang buhay nya, araw araw, ay laging BWISIT.
- If you want to succeed in this business you must have a (GRLLA) Good Reading, Listening and Learning ATTITUDE.
Another Story na gusto ko ishare sainyo.
“Empty Your Cup”




Ever wonder bakit karaniwan sa mga nagiging successful sa business na ito. Sa NETWORKING business. Eh yung mga taong, hndi expected na sila yung mag eexcel sa business na ito? Ano ang background ng mga individuals na naging sobrang successful talaga sa business na ito? Dating Jeepney Driver, Dating Janitor, Hindi nakatapos ng Highschool. Sila yung talagang nagiging MULTI MILLIONAIRE, at nagkakaroon ng FROM RAGS TO RICHES. Na storya sa business na ito? Sa palagay nyo bakit kaya?


The Industry is NETWORK MARKETING, bakit hindi yung mga TOP-NOTCHERS ng Sales and Marketing ang maging successful dito? Bakit hindi yung mga magagaling sa Public Speaking, mga graduate ng MASS COMMUNICATION? Bakit hindi yung mga Cumlaude at Suma Cumlaude ng WEB DEVELOPING at GRAPHIC DESIGNING ang suppose to be nag eexcel sa business na ito? Eh Simpleng MARKETING lng nman yan. Wala namang special sa trabahong ginagawa dito kungdi mag MARKET lang at mag ADVERTISE.

Bakit hindi sila? Bakit yung mga UNDER QUALIFIED Pa ang nagiging Successful?

Ang sagot dyan ay ang lesson tungkol sa EMPTY CUP, sobrang punong puno ng knowledge ang utak nila, that they cannot absorb the basic fundamentals of this business. At since sila ay mataas ang educational background, meron PRIDE na border sa kanilang pagkatao. SUMA CUMLAUDE ng ATENEO for example, mapapag FLYERING mo bayan sa overpass? Graduate ng UST tpos makikita mo nag popost ng Networking sa Facebook?

Samantalang yung mga ordinaryong tao lang, sila yung mga merong “DO WHATEVER IT TAKES” attitude. Lahat ng ituturo sakanila ay absorb na absorb nila. Lahat ng pinapagawa sakanila, gagawin nila.

Sa business na ito, “TULUNGAN” ang kelangan, pero tanungin mo sa sarili mo, ikaw ba ay, “WILLING” mag pa tulong? Or ALAM MO NAYAN LAHAT.

AKNY kaba? “ALAM KO NA YAN” Attitude?

Dapat hindi po tayo AKNY sa business na ito.

Kahit gaano ka ka-fluent sa ENGLISH, kahit 10-20 years kanang CALL CENTER AGENT, Team Leader ka na nga eh, kapag nag apply ka sa isang bagong kumpanya. Pwede bang SALANG ka kagad? Sir/MAM alam ko na gagawin lahat dyan, 10 years nakong call center agent, wag nyo nako turuan alam ko nayan! Pwede bang Ganon? Sympre hindi, dadaan ka muna sa BASIC TRAINING’S, Product Knowledge and Etc. Bago ka sumalang.

Ganun din sa business natin mga kapatid.

And that is the IMPORTANCE OF ATTITUDE in this business.
