So I’ll give you a Preview, on what it is like, on an offline MLM. (Para po sa mga ONLINE MARKETERS) Kung ano po yung isa sa mga Tradition sa Industry natin.
POWER DIBA!!! Most specially sa mga first time sa MLM Business, tapos Online MLM pa yung napasok, never na nilang pagdadaanan ito. Pero at least I gave you the chance to see, what is it like sa Offline MLM. Ang tawag po dyan ay BOM. Or Business Opportunity Meeting, or in other terms Orientation, or para sa pinaka simpleng word, SEMINAR.
So let’s now talk about the Main Topic of this Post.

Make a 100% Belief on Success

Put 100% Belief on yourself. If you want to change your life you need to change how you think and change what you do. Self-help, personal change, being happy: It’s all upto YOU. No-one else.
Lagi kong sinasabi sa mga downlines ko. The biggest COMMISSION that you will earn in this business is the CHANGE OF MINDSET. Minsan kasi hndi natin nare-realize, parang nabubuhay nalang tayo sa ROUTINE eh. Parang naka program na ang buhay natin, gigising tayo sa umaga, mag tratrabaho, uuwi ng bahay, repeat everyday. We live our lives on Survival Mode. We forget to Dream, we forget to build, we forget to love. All we prioritize is how we can survive the day. We are all living by the day. In tagalog. Isang kahid, isang tuka.
You wan’t to change your life, you need to change how you think.

Always remember, that Network Marketing is a System. Multi Level Marketing is a System. Kapag may nasalihan ka na SCAM na networking, hindi ibig sabihin “SCAM” ang lahat ng Networking. Ang Company ang naging SCAM, hndi ang System.
Dahil sa kagandahan ng Systema ng MLM, marami ang umaabuso, marami ang natetempt na maging Greedy.

Pero we have no choice, we need to put it up on Faith. Kasi once we held up to that mindset, the mindset of DOUBT, hindi tayo makaka pag all out sa trabaho. Sub consciously, iniisip natin na, What if maging SCAM itong ginagawa ko, sayang ang pera ko, sayang ang effort ko. So this is a test of FAITH among us. kasama ito sa RISK na pinasok natin.
Walang maitutulong sa PROGRESS mo ang DOUBT. So kahit mag doubt ka or hindi, pag naging SCAM ang company mo, the same parin ang result.
We just need to put it up on FAITH, and if the inevitable happens. Wala tayong choice, Charge to Experience na lang.
Pero one thing for sure. WALANG NAG SUSUCCEED sa business na ito, nang nag DUDUDA.

The company will provide you with everything. Sila bahala sa office, sila bahala sa Legalities, sila bahala sa facilities, sila bahala sa Database, sa Staff, sa Support, Sa Payout System, sa Overhead expenses, sa Problems. Sa lahat lahat, sila ang bahala doon.

that quote should explain everything already. So for example you’re product are eBooks. Tapos tamad ka mag basa, it won’t work. Personality development ang product mo pero, ikaw mismo NEGATIVE na tao kapa din. nakaka tawa isipin noh, minsan ma kikita mo kaagad sa isang tao kung Qualified ba sya sa business natin eh. For example may nag inquire sayo. Sir pano po yang business nyo, tpos nag respond ka, ito sir/mam paki panood yung video. Tapos ang sagot nya, “Pwede ba wag nlang panoorin yung Video?” explain mo nlang sakin deretsahan. Ok sir/mam eto nlang, paki basa nlang po itong site ko. “Busy ako, pwede ba wag ko nlang basahin? Explain mo nlang sakit sa chat? Di ba pwede yun?” From there makikita mo na kaagad na, kahit sumali pa ito, baka mag sayang lng ng pera ito, kung ganyan ang mindset nya, would you like him/her to be part of your team?

Imagine pag tinanong ka, ilan eBooks lahat yung product nyo? Sasagot ka ng, di ko sure eh parang nsa 1000+ or 2000+ ata something like that?
Imagine you are endorsing a product, pero ikaw mismo hindi kabisado ang specifications ng product nyo mismo.
And lastly, you must BELIEVE! Yes sir/mam this training is about BELIEF.
Kelangan mong maniwala, na yung PRODUCT mo ay REVOLUTIONARY.

No matter what your product is, depende yan sa nag mamarket. Mostly sa mga MLM business yung mga product meron at merong masasabi ang tao dyan.
For example, Product mo ay KAPE, ang sabi ng tao, “ay di nman masarap yan, matabang, saka parang sumasakit tyan ko pag iniinom ko yan”. Let’s just say na, TOTOO Yun. Pero pag present ka, mag dedemo kapa, ng umiinom ka ng KAPE. Sasabihin mo sa audience. GRABE. Ang pait, sobrang TAPANG pala neto. Saka ever since iniinom ko itong Kape nato, REGULAR NA ang bowel movement ko.
Diba? Isang malaking kalokohan, kung ikaw mismo, eh parte ng company, tpos ikaw mismo nakiki “OO” sa mga negative na tumitira sainyo. “Oo nga eh, ang tabang nga eh”. “Oo nga eh, nag papalpitate nga ako pag iniinom ko yan”
NGEEEEEE!!! Anong klase ka! Ano ka patalo? Ikaw mismo sinisiraan mo sarili mong PRODUCT?
So check again, it’s NOT WHAT YOU DO, or it’s NOW WHAT YOU SELL, it’s HOW YOU SELL IT.
That’s what matters.

First, you need to respect your business partners, whether they are your Downlines, your Uplines and most specially your Crosslines.

May mga future prospects po tayo, na merong attitude ng namimili ng Upline. Sympre, kung sasali ka sa business, normal na sa tao, na maghanap ng magaling. Kasi sympre, pag dumikit ka sa magaling. Baka gumaling kadin.
Kapag alam po natin na ang nag iinquire saatin eh, meron nang nag introduce ng business saknya, wag po natin silang papayagang mag sign up saatin. Ang correct ethics po sa MLM, ay dapat iguiguide natin sila “Sir/Mam, that’s good pero I think ang tama po ay, kung sino po ang nag introduce sainyo ng business, dun po tayo dapat sasali.”
Ok, are you getting my point here?
Sympre hindi nman laging, ikaw yung magaling. What if, kakasali mo palang. Sympre wala kapang kinita. Tpos may nag inquire sayo, ikaw ang nag assist, ikaw ang nag present, ikaw sumagot lahat ng tanong nya. Pero malalaman mo nlang, sumali sa iba?
Diba? It hurts, kahit mangyari sayo yang scenario nayan, wag po tayong gaganti, okay. Di bali nang malamangan tayo, kesa sa tayo yung nang lalamang.
Kapag sinanay mo ang sarili mo on doing the right thing always. You will earn respect. Not only to the eyes of your dowlines. But also to the eyes of the other groups and organization.
Believe me guys, napaka sarap ng feeling, ng may taong nag papasalamat sayo, tumatanaw ng utang na loob, pero hindi mo sila kilala, or hindi mo sila downline. Lahat po yan may balik saatin.

If you want your downlines to listen to you. You must learn to LISTEN to them.

May mga instances, na may downlines tayo na lilipat ng COMPANY,
